This innovative energy-saving sensor offers pedestrian door activation and unparalleled safety at mounting heights of up to 3.2m. Featuring “Door Learn” and Uni-directional detecting technology,  it’s unique ability to memorise door motion allows the infrared safety curtain to be focused inside the moving door leaf resulting in unmatched pedestrian safety.

The SafePass SSR-3 Infrared and Microwave Automatic Sliding Door Sensor includes the following features:

  • Unparalleled Pedestrian Safety: “Door Learn” technology provides unrivalled pedestrian safety 3-row infrared safety curtain protects pedestrian in the door close area.  Monitored safety system. EN16005 compliant, with emergency escape route versions available.
  • Large Detection Zone: Adjustable detection zone of 4m wide x 4m deep ensures timely door opening for doors approached by shopping trolleys or fast moving traffic.  Ideal for airports, DIY stores, garden centres, supermarkets, shopping centres etc.
  • Energy Efficient: Intelligent unidirectional detection ability reduces door hold open time and building energy loss by as much as 20%.
  • Ease of Installation: All the information necessary to install the SSR-3 sensor is printed on the sensor body.  Pre-configured EN16005 compliant factory settings.
  • Reduced Time Onsite:  Intelligent software prevents false door activations. One piece sensor body construction prevents parts getting lost or broken during installation.
