While Queensland is getting on top of COVID-19 we are far from business as usual. As a distributor and manufacturer, we are heavily reliant on suppliers and transport to get our products to you when you need them.
We are continuing to adapt our business practices to deal with the ongoing challenges presented by the pandemic and your patience and support is important to us during this time.
When making an enquiry or ordering a product please be mindful of the following:
The un-precedented number of product enquiries, together with installation and technical advice, has taken its toll on our resources. Our sales and technical staff are working hard to assist customers as quickly as possible but ask that you appreciate there will be some delays in getting back to you.
Current Status: Normal 24 hour turnaround time for enquiries and quotes has been pushed out – we are trying to get back to everyone within 36 hours but this is not always possible.
We are continuing to adapt our business practices to mitigate any stock deficiencies however, air freighting goods is still unviable and we are experiencing product shortages and delivery delays from local and international suppliers.
Current Status: We are doing everything possible to keep delivering our complete product range to you during this time – where we can’t we will assist with possible alternatives.
We are doing our best to maintain efficient product delivery however it is no news that freight companies are struggling – what used to be 1-2 days can take up to 5 days. We have also been experiencing problems with products being lost in transit.
Current Status: We anticipate you should allow at least double our normal delivery times. We will endeavour to get you the equipment you need as fast as possible but are unable to commit to same or next day delivery at present.
