SafePass Push Buttons & Key Switches

High quality industrial push button stations and key switches are available in numerous configurations.

 

Standard industrial enclosure options include ABS IP67 in plastic or metal.  For high security situations metal tamper proof enclosures are also available – these require a key to remove the face plate.

SafePass Push Buttons

The most common arrangements are shown here however we can build any combination of push button and key switches depending on your particular requirements.

All modules are manufactured in Italy or Germany and comply with international standards.

  1 Button One Button Type

  • 1 Red or Green button: with 1 N/O or 1 N/C contact, in IP 67 enclosure legend
  • Mushroom Head Twist to release: 1 Red mushroom head button twist to release  with 1 N/C  contact, in IP 67 enclosure legend
  • Mushroom Head Key release: 1 Red mushroom head button key to release  with 1 N/C  contact, in IP 67 enclosure legend
  2 Button Two Button Type

  • 1 Red and 1 x Green button: with 2 N/O and 1 N/C contact, in IP 67 enclosure legends
  • Mushroom Twist: to release: 1 Red mushroom head button twist to release  1 green button with 2 N/O and 1 N/C  contact, in IP 67 enclosure legends
  • Mushroom Key release: 1 Red mushroom head button key to release and 1 green button with 2 N/O and 1 N/C  contact, in IP 67 enclosure legends
  3 Button Three Button Type

  • 1 Red 2 Green buttons: with 2 N/O and 3 N/C contact, in IP 67 enclosure legends
  • Mushroom Twist to release: 1 Red mushroom head button twist to release 2 green buttons with 2 N/O and 3 N/C  contact, in IP 67 enclosure legends
  • Mushroom key release: 1 Red mushroom head button key  release 2 green buttons with 2 N/O and 3 N/C contact, in IP 67 enclosure legends

  • 1x 3 Position Spring Return Key Switch: key removable in centre position. 2 N/O or 1 N/C   1 N/O contact, in IP 67 enclosure legend
  3 Key Switch Key Switches with Push Buttons

  • 1 x  2 Position Stay Put Key Switch 1 x push button: key removable in one position. 1 N/O 1 N/C contact, in IP 67 enclosure legend
  • 1 x 2 Position Stay Put Key Switch 3 push buttons:  key removable in one position.  2 N/O 4 N/C contact, in IP 67 enclosure legend
  • 1 x 2 Position Stay Put  Key Switch 2 push buttons 1 mushroom twist: key removable in one position. 2 N/O 4 N/C contact, in IP 67 enclosure legend
