The HB automatic pedestrian gate is made of a thick 6mm steel housing, ensuring protection against abuse and damage from trollies. The high-quality chrome finish matches the optional barrier rails and posts that are used to guide customers past the entry or exit point.
The swing gate is opened by a microwave radar fitted underneath the black dome on the top of the gate post. In case of emergency, the gate arm can be manually pushed open and trigger an alarm.
Safety is a priority with high-density pedestrian traffic, the effective electronic safety sensing will automatically stop the gate from closing if an obstruction is sensed.
If the gate is forced, an internal clutch mechanism prevents damage to the motor and gearbox and activates an alarm.
The modern, compact design and high-quality finish make this pedestrian gate suitable for most venues. Its optional barrier rails and posts are configurable to suit a wide range of applications. Barrier rails can be cut to size on-site to fit all site configurations.
