If you encounter any issues with products purchased from Rotech Automation, follow these steps:
- Check for Technical Installation Issues:
- – Go to the relevant product on our website to review related documents – installation and operations manuals and technical datasheets.
- Get Technical Assistance:
- – If you cannot resolve the issue independently, call our technical team on +61 (07) 32051123 for further assistance.
If you are unable to resolve the issue using the above-mentioned options, and the product is still within the guarantee period, our team will assess whether a replacement or repair is viable. They will then provide you with the necessary details for the next steps.
Important Points to Note:
- Returns form is required when returning products and must include:
- – Original Invoice number
- – Customer name and contact details
- – Item details inc. product name and serial number
- – Reason for return and description of issue
- Warranty period:
- – The warranty duration varies depending on the specific product, see below.
- Exchanges:
- – Exchanges for items or parts will be processed based on availability of stock.
- Refunds:
- – Refunds will be credited back as per the original payment method.
- Labour costs:
- – Labour and travel costs are not covered under warranty.
- Modified product items:
- – Products that have been altered on-site are not covered under warranty.
The Warranty period begins on the date when the relevant products were despatched or supplied to the customer.
